Cancellation Policy
Hey babe! booking fees are non-refundable, switching booked appointment dates, result in loss of booking fee unless emergency occurs 24 hours before. Emergency cancelling day of appointment result in loss of booking fee. Canceling same day results in remaining balance being paid in full. I do have a 10 minute grace period day of appointment. I understand life happens. Please if you’re running late I do ask that you send me a text message or dm on instagram letting me know. Anything past 10 minutes will be an automatic cancellation, loss of booking fee and you're now liable for remaining balance of visit. A no show no call will not be allowed to rebook.
